Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing (Handling Time) All orders for our small-batch roasted coffee are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 2 business days - £6 (Free on orders over £30)
• Express Shipping: 1 business days - £8

Order Cut-off Time Orders placed before  2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same day.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages The Black Cab Coffee Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
